The Executive Institute is a biennial education program intended to supplement the Executive Academy. The Forum is less formal and shorter than the Academy. Co-hosted by the Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority and the MSU Extension Local Government Center, the Executive Forum addresses topical issues of interest to mayors and city managers from across Montana and includes time for the participants to join the State Legislative process as observers.

Montana Municipal Interlocal Authority and the Local Government Center have put together what will surely be an educational and exciting opportunity for the Mayors and City Managers of Montana.
- The Academy starts Wednesday, March 4th, at 11:00 AM at the Holiday Inn with registration and lunch, followed by various sessions.
- On Thursday, March 5th, the training continues at 8:00 AM with break-out sessions for city managers and mayors throughout the day until 5:00 pm.
- For those who would like to stay an additional night, there will be an opportunity to join the State Legislative process as observers on Friday, March 6th.

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Lodging and travel costs are not included and are the responsibility of your home government. A block of rooms has been reserved until February 9, 2014 at the Holiday Inn in Helena:
